Playa Coco Unit #3 is a four bedroom, three level townhome with all the amenities and comforts you would expect in a luxury rental unit, but you might not expect on a remote beach in Nicaragua!
The first floor has a full kitchen, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, and microwave (for a more detailed list, see the Amenities page). The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 (eight could fit easily) and a buffet. The living room is spacious and roomy, even with a sofa, love seat, TV, rocking chair, reading chair, and small work desk. Outside, the covered patio has plenty of room for two rockers and a lounge chair. The center units at Playa Coco are the only units with such a spacious patio area. The first floor also has a half bath.
The second floor has a master bedroom with covered patio (again, a unique feature of a center unit) with a king sized bed, a large, lockable walk in closet, and its own full bath. Bedroom number two has a queen bed and a large closet, and it shares a full bathroom with bedroom number three, which has two twin beds and a large closet.
Nicaraguan Beach Vacation
The third floor has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and two large glass patio doors opening out to each rooftop balcony. Both balconies have spectacular views and the front balcony is shaded by a protected, endangered tree. The back balcony has wonderful tree top views and a great view of the ocean. The two balconies and the bright, light filled top room are exclusive to the center units at Playa Coco.
